Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:
• You can create a return or exchange request within 3 days from the date the order was
delivered, providing a valid reason for the return or exchange and proof of this reason.
• The merchandise must be returned or exchanged in the original condition in which it was
purchased and unused, with all the original labels and packaging on it.
• The purchased goods must be closed and sealed with the original seal and all its parts
and have not been opened so that it does not affect the process of selling it again, and if
it is found that the goods do not match the description shown or there is a quality
problem, this rule does not apply.
• Products that is not eligible for exchange or return:

A. Products sold in discounts and promotions.
B. Products replaced or returned before.
C. In the event of damage or change in the condition of the original product.
D. Products that have been modified, altered, or washed.
E. Products marked as non-returnable or exchangeable in the product details box.

(The store / seller must send an engineer or an installation worker with every purchase order for
any electronic or electrical commodity for the purposes of installation, operation, and training in
use).
Note: These rules are excluded, and the return or replacement of goods is excluded in cases of
non-conformity of the goods with the specifications displayed and in cases of a problem with the
quality of these goods
