the United Arab Emirates. Fym.ae offers a commercial electronic platform only and does not
manufacture goods, maintain inventory or ship items on behalf of sellers, but rather facilitates
shipments through technical solutions in the platform. The content uploaded to the online
platform is created by independent stores/sellers who are not employees, agents or
representatives of the Fym.ae platform. Stores/Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they
obtain all necessary rights to their content and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Fym.ae reserves the right to disable any listing, store, or account that it believes is in violation of
our Terms of Use, including the Intellectual Property Policy or the Prohibited Items Policy.
Fym.ae also reserves the right to take action against violators of Fym.ae intellectual property
policy or our terms of use.
The Fym.ae platform cannot speak on behalf of the owners of intellectual property, and the
Fym.ae platform cannot provide legal advice or make legal decisions whether the content of the
Store infringes the intellectual property of another person. Fym.ae will remove material cited for
alleged intellectual property infringement upon proper notice.

• The store must provide the platform with the necessary information (personal file) when
opening the electronic account, such as the owner’s full name, commercial registration
number, store location, type of business, phone number, cell phone, E-mail and fax.
• The store shall provide complete and true information for the goods in terms of their
photocopy, detail, explanation, origin, place of manufacture, production and expiry date
and warranty certificate, if any.
• The store must give the responsible information and guarantees on the quality of the
goods and follow the policy of the Fym.ae platform in the operations of returns or
exchanges in the event that they are damaged or do not conform to the specifications
displayed electronically.
• The customer must provide the platform with the necessary information when purchasing
electronically, such as the customer’s full name, residence address, phone number, cell
phone and personal email to assist in the purchase and safe delivery of goods.
• The store and the customer must provide their correct bank information when registering,
buying and selling to enable the platform to carry out financial transactions in partnership
with the concerned bank and the user is solely responsible for any error in the bank
account information entered, and the platform completely disclaims all responsibility for
the consequences of any wrong bank information.
Electronic operational information:
• The store and the customer should be aware that the electronic IP address can be
requested and used if necessary to maintain the security and integrity of information and
transactions.

Fym.ae platform uses the above information for the following reasons:
• To communicate with the store or customer regarding the services of the electronic
platform by phone, cell phone, e-mail or electronic chat.
• To deliver goods, present offers, recommendations and promotions, and deliver cash
amounts due to each concerned party through a third party, if necessary.
• To repair technical faults in the system, and analyze and develop the performance of the
electronic system.
• Compliance and legal commitment to the validity and accuracy of commercial and
banking information and to verify the credibility of electronic commercial security and for
other protection purposes.
• Commercial advertisements from the platform itself or from a third party to the store /
seller and interested customers through their electronic interactions and their ongoing
